What it holds

Job and contact records preserve customer and project history, supplemented by estimates and accounts receivable reporting. Photos and documents associated with jobs are separate from tabular report output.

Where AccuLynx shows the size

  1. Run an all-date jobs report from the pre-built report library, checking coverage with support if necessary.
  2. Count report rows directly or in the scheduled email file.
  3. For precise totals, have a developer call Get Jobs and Get Contacts with an account API key and inspect each count field.

Plan and admin role. Customers manage keys on the account API keys page. Public instructions do not establish the necessary reporting or key-management roles; confirm them with support.

Exporting the full history

  1. Schedule jobs, contacts, estimates and receivables reports for email delivery, selecting the offered format.
  2. For complete records, page through Get Jobs and Get Contacts with pageSize and recordStartIndex.
  3. Arrange photo and document retrieval with support rather than expecting them inside reports.

recordStartIndex cannot exceed 100,000, so larger datasets need filtered queries.

Reports include selected columns, not job photos or documents.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
