Finding and exporting your Amazon Seller Central data

Order history is counted from downloaded reports, not an online All Orders table. Preserve date boundaries and deduplicate order IDs when combining files.

What it holds

Seller Central contains marketplace orders, item-level sale details and payment transactions. The All Orders report excludes customer-identifying information.

Where Amazon Seller Central shows the size

  1. Use a Seller Central login authorised to request order reports.
  2. Request and download All Orders by order date for consecutive periods back to the earliest available sale.
  3. Combine the files and count distinct amazon-order-id values, recording any unavailable historical periods.

Plan and admin role. Order reports require the relevant Seller Central report permissions. Selling Partner API extraction also requires an authorised application and appropriate report access.

Exporting the full history

  1. Download consecutive All Orders report batches.
  2. For settlements and payment activity, open Payments > Reports Repository and generate Transaction CSV reports for each period.
  3. For programmatic history, request the relevant All Orders report types through the Selling Partner API in ranges no longer than 30 days.

Generated API order reports are retained for 30 days; download them promptly.

The documentation reviewed does not establish a guaranteed multi-year lookback. Confirm the oldest available period with Seller Support before promising complete history.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
