Finding and exporting your CompanyCam data

What it holds

Projects organize photographs, videos and documents alongside addresses, labels, users and dates. The project report inventories media counts, while the photo-download tool delivers image files separately.

Where CompanyCam shows the size

1. As an Admin or Manager, open the web app User Icon > Company Settings > Exports.
2. Use the menu icon, select all years and choose Project.
3. Choose Export .CSV, retrieve the email and total the photo, video and document columns.

Plan and admin role. Project exports require Admin or Manager in the web app. All account users may download project photos on any plan.

Exporting the full history

1. Generate the complete project CSV to identify the projects and metadata.
2. Within each project, choose the 3 Dot Icon > Download All Photos, provide an email and select Original or Modified.
3. Save every emailed project ZIP; ask support separately about a complete media-library retrieval.

Downloads are per project, not account-wide, and the photo action should not be assumed to include videos or documents.

Large project reports may require several minutes. Published per-plan storage limits are not provided.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
