What it holds

Customer records connect to dispatch and work orders, invoices, quotes and equipment histories. Work-order photographs are additional retained content that may not travel with list exports.

Where FieldEdge shows the size

  1. Open relevant customer, work-order, invoice and quote lists or reports.
  2. Extend date filters across every year and record each row count.
  3. On Premier, use Enhanced Reporting to add required columns and save a repeatable view.

Plan and admin role. Premier includes customizable, saved Enhanced Reporting. Support must confirm which roles can export lists.

Exporting the full history

  1. Ask support to confirm a complete extraction of customers, dispatch/work orders, invoices, quotes and equipment.
  2. Agree whether older history should be split into yearly batches and which export formats are available.
  3. Arrange a separate method to retrieve work-order photos.

Public materials do not specify export file types, maximum rows or a bulk photo route.

Ensure counts and agreed exports use the same all-year scope.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
