What it holds

Clients and properties link to requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices. Notes on these records can carry photos and other attachments, while client exports preserve contact fields, tags and custom fields.

Where Jobber shows the size

  1. Use an admin account or an account with Reports permission, then open Insights > Reports.
  2. Under Work Reports, choose One-off jobs report and set All time to read the displayed total.
  3. Repeat for recurring jobs, quotes, visits and invoices; count client rows from Clients > More Actions > Export Clients.

Plan and admin role. Reports and client export depend on plan; check Gear Icon > Account and Billing. Reports permission or admin access opens reports, but exporting clients requires an admin.

Exporting the full history

  1. Open each relevant report in Insights > Reports, set All time and choose Export to CSV with all columns.
  2. Export Clients as CSV from Clients > More Actions, leaving tags unselected.
  3. On a note containing at least five attachments, use its three-dot menu > Export files > Send email for a ZIP.
  4. Save attachments individually on notes containing fewer than five files.

Report files arrive at the sign-in email and do not preserve UI sorting. Taxation, Waypoints and Job Follow-ups cannot be exported.

Client CSVs split into chunks of at most 1,500 rows.

Attachments permit up to 500 MB per file; ZIP creation is per note, not account-wide.

The client Files and media tab consolidates note/checklist files on Plus or with Marketing Suite.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
