What it holds

Contacts, jobs and tasks form the operational record set. Documents and photos attached to a contact or job can be packaged for that record, separately from report data.

Where JobNimbus shows the size

  1. In Reports, create an unfiltered Contact Custom Report and Save.
  2. Use the three-dot menu beside the title to Export to CSV and count data rows.
  3. Repeat for a Job report and combine the counts.

Plan and admin role. Public guidance does not specify report creation/export roles; ask the account admin or support when Reports is unavailable.

Exporting the full history

  1. Create and save Custom Reports for every relevant type, exposing all required columns.
  2. Use each report three-dot menu to Export to CSV or Export to Excel.
  3. Open individual contacts or jobs and choose Download All to collect their attachment ZIPs.

Exported fields are restricted to columns visible in the saved report.

Attachment downloads are per record; support confirms no export-all facility to external storage.

You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
