What it holds
The Recorder portal retains recorded telephone conversations within its storage policy. Analytics call logs preserve call activity separately, and the NextivaONE application has its own call-history window.
Where Nextiva shows the size
- Request account-wide Recorder portal access through a support case.
- Change the portal’s current-day view to the full available period and review results, using minimum/maximum duration filters if helpful.
- In Analytics, open Report, Expand Total Count or Count by Day, select Call log and Export a CSV; total recorded durations in hours rather than all calls.
Plan and admin role. Recording is included with Enterprise, Ultimate, Engage and Power Suite, or Core with its recording add-on. Support grants Recorder access for the account, selected users or only personal calls.
Exporting the full history
- In Recorder, select items with checkboxes and use the bulk export control > Export selected, or choose Export query results for the search scope.
- Split large exports into smaller date windows to avoid timeouts.
- Export matching-period call logs from Analytics using Export and retain them alongside the audio.
Default recording retention is six months; additional account-wide storage can extend this to three years.
NextivaONE call history reaches up to one year.
Portal access scope must be confirmed with support before treating results as company-wide.
You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
