What it holds
Customer and location records connect to jobs, invoices, estimates and memberships. Projects and service records can carry photos, videos and file attachments that need a separate retrieval arrangement.
Where ServiceTitan shows the size
- Open Reports > All Reports with reporting permission and choose a job or invoice report.
- Set every date field to cover the complete history, Run Report, then Export > Export to XLSX > Export.
- For customers, use Search > Customers without filters, select Expand and Export to Excel (*.xlsx).
- Count report data rows and total the relevant jobs, customers and invoices.
Plan and admin role. Reporting permissions control reports. Allow exporting search results is granted under Settings > People > Employees > Permissions; app setup also needs Generate API Application Key and Manage API Application Access plus the tenant ID.
Exporting the full history
- Export all-year job, invoice, estimate and membership reports and the unrestricted customer list.
- Have a developer register an app at developer.servicetitan.io, then connect it through Settings > Integrations > API Application Access > Connect New App.
- Call /export endpoints without a starting token and follow continueFrom until hasMore is false.
- Ask the account manager for an account-specific bulk route for photos, videos and attachments.
Report output supports XLSX or PDF and includes only the chosen columns and dates.
Export APIs expose new or changed records after roughly 15 minutes unless includeRecentChanges is used.
The office app documentation does not establish an account-wide attachment download.
You don't need to run an export to talk to us, and there's no need to clean it first — removing personal data is part of our work.
