Finding and exporting your WooCommerce data
WooCommerce Analytics can count imported historical orders. Its downloads represent the report table, not a complete export of every order field.

What it holds
WooCommerce stores orders, products and customer information in the WordPress database. Order notes and extension-specific records may add data beyond the standard analytics tables.
Where WooCommerce shows the size
- As a WordPress administrator, open Analytics > Orders and choose the full historical period.
- If earlier orders are absent, use Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data before reading the count.
- For database storage, open Tools > Site Health > Info > Directories and Sizes.
Plan and admin role. Use WordPress administrator access for the complete workflow; hosting or database credentials are needed for backups. Menu availability depends on the installed WooCommerce version and extensions.
Exporting the full history
- In Analytics > Orders, set the dates and choose Download; large downloads may run in the background and email a link.
- Open Products > All Products > Export and retain all columns for the product CSV.
- Ask the hosting administrator for a database backup to preserve customers, order notes and other stored fields; include site files if media is required.
Core product export does not provide a complete order-and-customer CSV archive. A separate Customer / Order / Coupon Export extension is available.
A database backup does not itself include media files stored on disk. Historical analytics imports must finish before their counts are considered complete.
