- We agree in writing which records are included and how they may be used. Ownership stays with you, and nothing changes in how you use your own information.
- Eligibility
- Companies with at least 25 employees at peak and several years of records. Internal communication in English.

- All industries. Accounting, finance, legal, construction, real estate, engineering and game studios are in high demand.
- Personal data
- Names, contact details and identifying information are removed before records are shared. HR files on individuals, salaries and health data are excluded.
- Third parties
- Material covered by confidentiality agreements with customers or partners stays out of scope unless those agreements permit it.
- Cost
- Nothing. We cover review, cleaning and delivery.

- By bank transfer after the records are approved and delivered, on the schedule set out in the offer.

Common questions
Why would anyone pay for our old emails and files?
AI labs train systems to do real office work. They need examples of how actual companies make decisions, handle exceptions and run projects, and that only exists inside companies.
Do we lose ownership of our data?
No. The agreement sets out exactly which records are covered and what they may be used for. Ownership stays with you.
What happens to personal information?
It is removed before records are shared with anyone. Names, emails, phone numbers and account details are stripped, and files on individual employees are excluded.
Our company is closed or in bankruptcy. Can we still sell?
Yes. Closed companies and bankruptcy estates are a core part of what we do. For estates, we work with the trustee under a written mandate.
Does the data have to be in English?
Buyers strongly prefer English internal communication. Tell us in the form if your company worked in another language, and we will say honestly whether there is a fit.
How is the price set?
By the depth of history, the number of connected sources and how unusual the industry is. Volume matters less than a clear record of real work over several years.
Does it cost anything?
No. Assessment, cleaning and delivery are on us, and there are no fees deducted from what you receive.
